Step 1:
Log in to your LSC User Account.
Step 2:
On the left column under Orders, click Submit a Photoduplication Order.
Step 3:
Click on "submit a manual photoduplication request."
You will be taken to the New Photoduplication Request form.
Step 4:
Consult UC Library Search (the Library Catalog) for specific information about the item for which you are requesting photoduplication.
Enter information about the item into the appropriate fields.
Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk. ( * )
Step 5:
Click the Submit Request button.
Note:
Limits have been established to ensure the preservation of the materials. Duplication requests are accepted pending review by public services staff. Approved requests are processed in the order received.
The UC Library charges fees for AV duplication and high-resolution scans. The fees are listed under What are your duplication services fees? How much are copies? AV fees are currently waived for access requests; fees may apply for larger orders and/or publication requests.
